Our guides appreciate the convenience of a phone conversation; however, they would prefer to communicate by email.

Taking into consideration their full schedules, time zone differences and the busy nature of being an in-demand guide in high season, our hardworking guides and drivers find that having an email conversation is the most effective way to meet multiple needs in a balanced and efficient manner.

Once booking has been completed you will received the details of drivers.

After I have booked a tour, can I invite others to join me?

This depends upon whether or not the guide/drivers can accommodate your request for additional people – especially if private transportation is involved.
To avoid disappointment, you must seek approval from the guide to add more people, before the tour date.

Do I need to tip my guide?

No. You do not need to tip your guide.

Every Tnoli guide sets a fair and appropriate price that adequately compensates not only themselves, but their partners as well (i.e. drivers), so they do not rely on tips from travelers.

However, If you give any tip to the drivers or tour guide, It is completely up to between yourself and drivers.
